AnswerProblems in the system can be reported by administrators of the organisation or institution who have access to the PebblePad customer support area. This facility allows them to download PebblePad updates, report errors in the system, give feedback and submit feature requests. It also allows access to help movies, tipsheets, FAQs and other support related materials. The PebblePad customer support area is primarily for staff involved in implementing or supporting PebblePad and requires a username and password to log in.
