I want to make changes to my booking! What do I need to do?
If you need to make changes to your booking please contact Pebble Learning and provide your booking reference number. Your booking reference number has been sent to you in the confirmation e-mail you received on booking for the event. We will try to accommodate your new circumstances as far as possible.
I need to cancel my booking! What do I need to do?
Please contact Pebble Learning as soon as possible.
I need to make a booking for another person! What do I need to do?
If you are booking for more than one person, you will need to use the booking form for each person attending. If you are filling out the form on behalf of the person attending the course, please provide their contact details not yours.
How do I get to the venue?
The details of how to reach the event should have been included in the confirmation email you received on booking for the event. Links to relevant maps and approaches to the area should also be available on the appropriate booking page.
If the venue was not confirmed at the time of booking, please check your booking details by clicking on the reference number you've received in the confirmation email. There you get up-to-date messages and directions to the venue.

I can’t / don’t want to book online! What do I need to do?
Please contact Pebble Learning and we will arrange the booking for you. You will need to provide all necessary information (name, email, phone, etc.) to allow us to complete the booking for you.
